Comedy Central, being a TV network, was worried about the repercussions of this episode so they had censored episode "201" What makes this episode so controversial is that Tom Cruise and Rob Reiner had "demand goo" that protected them from slander from the Muslim prophet Muhammad. Tom Cruise and Rob Reiner were among the top ones. One of South Park's most controversial moments was in 2011 during two part episodes "200" and "201." Of course the show being as daring as it can be, these episodes were full of racist jokes and jabs at big celebrities. South Park just loves to start trouble, and I suppose that's why the show is still so popular.
